		Gretchen Flatau Gretchen Flatau’s Executive Director service is extensive, with posts at the Women’s Advocacy Project, Recording for the Blind, the Mothers’ Milk Bank at Austin, and College for All Texans. She brings her expertise in development and nonprofit management to the IED program.

		Karen Kalergis Karen Kalergis has served as the Executive Director of the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas and Associate Director of the Institute on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault at UT's Center for Social Work Research. She has significant expertise in the areas of strategic communication, program development, board management and development, crisis management, leadership, and collaboration.

		Kathy McCarrell Kathy McCarrell served as Executive Director for the Orange County Child Abuse Prevention Center in Orange, CA and the Los Angeles County Child Sexual Abuse Crisis Center for 13 years. Her areas of expertise include board management and development, fundraising, strategic planning, executive transitions, and organizational assessment.

		Mary Malia Mary Malia has served as the Executive Director of the Texas Regional Office of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and The Residential Care Consortium, in Portland, Maine. She has focused on the successful launch and establishment of nonprofit organizations, leadership development, and financial management.

		Jack Nokes Jack Nokes has served as the Executive Director of the Texas Association of Museums for 12 years, and the Interim Director of Laguna Gloria Art Museum, where he served as Director of Administration for 11 years. His professional expertise includes board management and development, finance, management, strategic planning, and succession planning.

		Mike Renquist Mike Renquist served as Senior Pastor of NorthPark Presbyterian Church in Dallas for 7 years, supervising a staff of 17, trebling the annual budget, and focusing on community economic development. Since then, he has focused on strategic planning and leadership development in corporate and nonprofit settings.

		Mike Rush Mike Rush is the former Executive Director of the United Way of Odessa, Earth Share Texas, and Austin Families, Inc. With over three decades of nonprofit leadership experience, Rush brings a diverse range of expertise in the areas of management, marketing, outcome measurement, program administration, board engagement, development, and fundraising.

		Lil Serafine Lil Serafine has served as the Executive Director of the Cystic Fibrosis foundation, American Lung Association, and Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic. She is expert in resource development, staff cultivation, and strategic planning.

		Susan Shaw Susan Shaw served as the first Executive Director of the Fund for Child Care Excellence. She brings her expertise in project management, board and staff development, and organizational assessment, resource development, and strategic planning to the IED program.

		Lee Thomson Lee Thomson served as Executive Director of Leadership Austin and Director of a number of city programs and services. She has significant expertise in board development, strategic planning, and organizational development.
