The Process
The Greenlights Diagnostic process incorporates online surveys, one-on-one interviews, and a comprehensive document review to develop a complete picture of a nonprofit. Over the course of six to eight weeks, Greenlights will meet with the people and get to know the policies and practices that define your organization, using our fresh, outsider perspective to help you see connections, identify cross-cutting issues and learn how your organization stacks up against nonprofit best practices.
We will keep you updated on all of our work and progress, making sure that we are getting an accurate and objective view of your nonprofit.
Once we have all the data, we will synthesize and present it back to you using our years of nonprofit management experience and eye for organizational change.
