This year at Crossroads, our community’s leading thinkers will facilitate Big Think sessions to uncover the best answers to some of our most challenging questions. Submit the question(s) you want to discuss with your peers to Mary Alice Carnes at carnesma@greenlights.org, and we’ll choose the top five questions to address. Then we’ll ask all 500+ conference registrants to come ready to help answer them!

The Crossroads Resource Swap
Do you have an underutilized resource that you’d be willing to share with a fellow nonprofit? Does your nonprofit need a specific skill set, item, expertise or other resource that others may have to lend? From meeting space to back office staff, from office furniture to specialized equipment, from contractors to unique event decorations…stop by the Greenlights booth in the Crossroads Exhibitor Hall and discover ways to share what we have with each other.
One-on-One Mini-Consultations Available throughout the Day
Sign up on-site to visit one-on-one with a variety of nonprofit management consultants, fundraising experts, career coaches, life coaches and executive coaches at their booths in the exhibitor area. Get a new advice on that human resources challenge, financial management hurdle, new fundraising concept, or get an expert opinion on how to achieve your personal or professional goals.
