Can Greenlights help me start a nonprofit?

Greenlights does not offer startup consulting. If you are interested in starting a nonprofit, we encourage you to visit our online resource library, where you’ll find a step-by-step guidebook for starting a nonprofit. Additionally, we encourage you to become a Greenlights member to get plugged into the nonprofit community in Central Texas. Your organization does not have to be a fully incorporated 501(c)(3) to become a Greenlights member.

What are your rates for consulting services?

Our services are intentionally designed to be affordable (because that's our mission!). We don't have "standard" rates for consulting because our services are customized to fit your organization's needs. We are fortunate to have generous donors from the community who help offset our costs, so we are able to provide services to nonprofits at competitive prices. Do I have to be a Greenlights member to be eligible for consulting services?

No. Greenlights’ consulting services are available to any nonprofit organization in central Texas, including Travis, Caldwell, Hays, Bastrop and Williamson counties. However, we do encourage nonprofits to join Greenlights to take advantage of the many benefits our membership program has to offer.
