This series is an intensive three-day program for Executive Directors who have been in their position less than three years and are looking for fast-track training on skill development. We’ll discuss leadership, management, working with the board, fundraising, planning, marketing, policies, legal issues, financial management, human resources, and change management. Be part of a group of leaders who have come to strengthen their skills and address their own organizational issues through problem-solving exercises, role-play, presentation, discussion. You’ll receive a sourcebook of information resources, and some of the best nonprofit experts around will share their stories, tools and insights.
