Nonprofits often provide a variety of programs and services in order to accomplish increasingly complex missions. But not all programs are created equal. In this interactive workshop Karin Samii-Shore, Shore Research, will help you explore how your programs support your agency’s mission and ways to examine the contribution each program makes. We will also learn how to create an evaluation system that helps programs learn from each other and share what they are good at to improve the contribution of all of your agency’s program. We will do this by using an in depth case study of one local nonprofit which has used this process to understand and improve their agency and programmatic functioning. Bring your mission statement and explore how your agency can improve and sustain growth by using this process as well.
