Are you ready to take your annual gala or other special event to the next level? Successful fundraising events require a unique idea, organizational ability, months of planning, management of a multitude of details, and teamwork. Join us for this special training where participants will learn the most effective ways to work with event committees, event chairs, volunteers and more. Learn to create a high impact solicitation strategy that will yield a big return in donors and sponsorships. This is a great opportunity to examine your organization’s strengths and weaknesses, evaluate what makes your event unique, and gauge your organization's readiness for growth to the next level.
This workshop will be most effective for events scheduled at least 3 months after the workshop. This training is intended for experienced fundraising professionals.
Violet Bell, Philanthropist and Revenue Development Strategist
Violet has an MBA in International Business and in Marketing from American Intercontinental University. She has been noted for 25 years in Fortune 500 Corporations as an executive spanning financial, manufacturing and distribution sectors in a technology and operations role. Passion born out of a personal experience led Violet to volunteer her talents and gifts to the nonprofit sector. She has help grow over a 10 year span special event revenue streams to over 500%. Violet has shared and trained best practices throughout the nation. She has served on the boards of the March of Dimes and Caritas of Austin.
