This unique three meeting series will help enhance your leadership skills as the board chair of your nonprofit organization. This peer dialogue gives you the chance to meet with your peers and air challenges you face on issues such as nominations, fundraising, ED evaluation, planning, dealing with difficult board members, and other issues of mutual concern. You’ll make practical commitments to action and create a network of peers to call for assistance.

Rob is a partner with Wortham Insurance & Risk Management in Austin, Texas. Rob is a native Austinite and graduate of Texas Christian University. He started his career in the property and casualty insurance business, ten years ago, in Atlanta as an underwriter for Chubb Insurance Company. Rob is active in the community as a board member of Greenlights for Non-Profit Success, PLUS (Professional Liability Underwriting Society), a member of the Seton Forum, and a past member of the TCU National Alumni Board.
