This workshop will take you through the keys to nonprofit budgeting, including designing and planning, cost/income projections and expenses, and cash flow. Understand the sequential process of reading a budget calendar, understanding budget cycles, and how to implement, monitor, and revise it. Pre-requisite: Nuts and Bolts of Bookkeeping.
