Have you been asked by a funder to evaluate the effectiveness of your program? Do you want to use evaluation to improve your program and market it to community members and prospective funders? By using examples and exercises, workshop participants will learn to conceptualize and implement a user-friendly evaluation framework for their program. This session will cover how to develop a logic model, define realistic outcomes, make outcomes measurable, and will introduce fundamentals of data collection strategies.

She is a certified strategic planner in the Cornerstone Organizational Planning process.
