Where are the workshops held?
Most workshops are held at the Greenlights offices. Larger events, such as the Sector Connector and Board Summit, are held off-site. Details accompany each event listing.
Are scholarships available for your workshops or large events? How do I apply?
As funding is available Greenlights is happy to be able to offer special scholarship rates to organizations in need. Please contact Program Coordinator Mary Alice Carnes to request a scholarship.
Can I register the day of the event?
Walk-up registrations are NOT accepted for events held at the Greenlights office. Please register online or over the phone at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the workshop. Walk-up registrations are allowed at most large events such as Crossroads or Sector Connector.
I'm having trouble registering online. What do I do?
If you can't register online, please contact Program Manager Mary Alice Carnes by email or by phone: (512) 477-5955, Ext. 268. Please have your credit card ready to register.
What if I need special accommodations?
Greenlights strives to make its services available to the entire community. If you have any special needs, please contact Mary Alice Carnes so we can make the appropriate services accessible to you.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All cancellation requests must be received in writing at the Greenlights office three (3) business days before the workshop. Please note that all refunds will be issued less a $10 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than three business days before workshop.
Greenlights reserves the right to cancel any workshop and substitute workshop presenters. Registrants will receive a full refund or credit for cancelled workshops.
What is your privacy policy?
Information collected from you when you register for a workshop or membership is used by Greenlights only to fulfill your purchase or to contact you in the event we need to clarify your additional information. Your personal information will not be made available to any third party source. It is strictly held in confidence for our use only.
