Where are the workshops held?
Most workshops are held at the Greenlights offices. Larger events, such as the Board Summit, are held off-site. Details accompany each event listing.
Are scholarships available for your workshops or large events? How do I apply?
As funding is available, Greenlights is happy to offer special scholarship rates to organizations in need. To request a scholarship, please contact Service Excellence Specialist, Julie Macalik - (512) 477-5955, ext. 247.
Can I register the day of the event?
Workshop registrations must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the workshop and may be made online or over the phone. Day-of registrations are accepted for Crossroads Conference.
I'm having trouble registering online. What do I do?
If you can't register online, please contact Julie Macalik - (512) 477-5955, ext. 247. Have your credit card ready.
What if I need special accommodations?

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All cancellation requests must be received in writing at the Greenlights office three business days before the workshop. Please note that all refunds will be issued less a $10 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than three business days before a workshop.
Greenlights reserves the right to cancel any workshop and substitute workshop presenters. Registrants will receive a full refund or credit for cancelled workshops.
What is your privacy policy?
Information collected from you for workshop or membership registration is used by Greenlights to fulfill your purchase or to contact you in the event that we need additional information. Your personal information will not be made available to any third party source. It is strictly held in confidence for Greenlights' use only.
